This work will take the form of identifying and reducing your limiting core beliefs around business using Emotional Freedom Techniques. This will help to drive your sustainable change.

Core beliefs that we have formed in early childhood shape how we see, think and present ourselves to the world. You may not be aware of their strong influence on your decisions and how you navigate the business world based on your early programming. In this online program you’ll learn how to discover and eliminate limiting beliefs using EFT.
- Not all HSPs are introverts.
- It is estimated that approximately 70% of HSPs are introverted (Aron Ph.D., 2021).
- Thus, of the total population approximately 10.5-14% are introverted HSPs.
- Yes, approximately 30% of HSPs are estimated to be extroverts (Aron Ph.D., 2021).
- Thus, of the total population approximately 4.5-6% are extroverted HSPs.
- Yes, it is encouraged to use EFT individually between sessions.
- It is highly recommended that EFT be used on an ongoing basis with an EFT practitioner that can assist with difficult issues, overstimulation, and keeping you accountable.
- No previous EFT experience is required.
- As part of any session or course Karin can help clients to learn and apply the basic elements of EFT
- As this is an innate trait, your knowledge of yourself, your actions, and your thoughts can be helpful in determining if you are an HSP
- If you relate to the piece titled ‘Experience of an HSP’ or any of my blogs which tell stories about being an HSP such as ‘What Changing Tires Revealed about being a Highly Sensitive Person’, you may be an HSP.
- Interested individuals can complete the ‘Coaching Compatibility Questionnaire’; as Karin works with many HSPs, many of the questions relate to being an HSP
- All sessions, webinars, and programs are conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing
- As a client, Zoom may be installed using a Free account (no purchase necessary)
- Clients will receive their personalized Zoom link via Email after payment and before the scheduled appointment
- Karin strives to keep her schedule flexible to accommodate clients from around the world with a variety of work schedules
- Typically, time slots are available Monday through Friday, with potentials to book times during select Saturdays

- The term Highly Sensitive Person (also referred to as someone with Sensory Processing Sensitivity) seeks to describe individuals who perceive stimuli more deeply than the average person. Other qualities or experiences related to Highly Sensitive People are deep cognitive processing, overstimulation, empathy, and emotional overstimulation.
- About 15-20% of the human population is born with this innate trait (Aron Ph.D., 2021)

- Sensory Processing Sensitivity is the scientific name for the innate trait that defines Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
- Sensory Processing Sensitivity and HSP are often used interchangeably
- Karin is fully fluent in German and English
- Karin was born and raised in Austria speaking German, and has lived and worked in Canada speaking English for over 25 years
- Client-centered: EFT allows for a practitioner to empathise with clients’ situation, reflect their emotions back to them.
- Straight-forward: EFT can be used in a variety of situations to help cope with overstimulation on a consistent basis.
- Gentle: EFT allows past experiences to be revisited and viewed from a new angel, all while in a safe and supportive space.
- Variety of Techniques: EFT has many facets that can be helpful as a HSP to help to address overstimulation and overreaction.
- Anyone can be an HSP, it relates to the person themselves, regardless of gender, sex, cultural background, etc.

- Expertise: EFT Practitioners are able to see some patterns that clients may not be able to recognize and/or see.
- Experience: EFT Practitioners work with a variety of clients, giving them the knowledge and practice to be able to keep clients on track.
- Distance: EFT practitioners work is client-centered. Knowing only our client allows us to be neutral, not holding any preconceived notions of you or those in your life.
- Accountability: EFT practitioners can help to keep clients focused on their goals and give subtle encouragement in the right direction.
