Description

You are sensitive. You are powerful. You are empathetic, kind, and connected.

We will work in a group setting, creating a strong network built around dispelling self-doubts; the result of a lifetime of negative comments and actions. This work will take the form of identifying and reducing your personal limiting core beliefs using Emotional Freedom Techniques.

This negativity often asserts itself as a fictitious self-directed opinion:

“I am too sensitive and emotional to be successful. Someone who overreacts will never succeed.”

These subconscious core beliefs block you from achieving the life goals you desire. It’s time to release them and finally achieve what you’ve been longing for.

What Some of my Clients Say

The Strong Sensitive Self program was super awesome. It helped me not to feel TOO or SO of anything, as I normally did. I liked the homework and what I discovered about myself. I have become more patient with myself, accepting of myself and my needs and that they are very important for me to be happy. I definitely recommend this program.
